1) In one sentence, what is your podcast about?

My podcast (The Gem on The Queen’s Crown) is about local Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio sports.

2) Who should listen to your podcast?

Anyone who enjoys sports of all sorts or anyone interested in Southwest Ohio.

3) How long have you been podcasting and why did you get into podcasting?

I’ve been podcasting for over a year now. I started this podcast because I was tired of having nobody talk about Dayton sports (excluding the big teams in town) and not being able to have a platform to talk local sports.

4) What non-podcasting hobbies do you have?

I work with a lot of local teams in the area, so working takes up a good chunk of my time.

5) Tell us about your setup!

For my solo episodes, I use my Blue Snowball USB microphone. For my interviews, I use my audio broadcasting set-up with a Behringer mixer, my Audio-Technica headset, and up to three XLR mics.

6) What is one show (other than your own) that you think everyone should listen to?

I really like The Donut Bag by Joe Toscano, Cincinnati Soccer Talk, and any other local podcasts.

7) Anything else you’d like to share?

I’m a broadcaster, announcer, writer, and podcaster from Dayton, Ohio.
