Job Overview

Podchaser is looking for a sales-savvy Revenue Operations leader! 

They should excel at CRM management, thinking big-picture about the “buyer’s journey,” researching leads and expansion opportunities, paid campaign management, data-driven approaches to demand generation, and setting up our sales team for success, like one beautiful half of a whole high-five. They should be quick learners with strong communication skills who prefer transparency over trickery.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Determining lead qualification through strategic research
  • Strategic ideation for revenue retention and expansion
  • Identifying best practices to refine the company’s lead generation
  • Managing an advertising budget
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market and determining how our solutions fit potential needs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of revenue, CRM, paid campaigns, sales, and marketing experience
  • Hubspot experience a plus
  • Zoominfo and/or RocketReach experience a plus
  • Design experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
