Empty Frames is a new podcast that digs into the Gardner Museum Art Theft, a heist that’s been called the greatest unsolved art theft of all time. 99% Invisible – Breaking the Bank

An oldy but a goody. This episode of 99% Invisible looks at heists from a different angle- an architectural one. In 2011 Armin Blasbichler had 21 architecture students plan bank heists as homework, and the rest of the episode looks at different theft plans made by those with insider knowledge.

Crimetown – Chapter Eight

If you haven’t heard of Crimetown, can you even call yourself a heist fan? Produced by Gimlet Media and makers of HBO’s The Jinx, Crimetown’s first season investigated the crime culture of Providence, Rhode Island which does not sound like it would be all that juicy.
