Alistair Pitts hosts A Russian and Soviet Movie Podcast, which combines his enthusiasm for Russian language and culture, and cinema of practically all genres from the silent era to the present day. The show also encompasses non-Russian takes on Russian history and literature. Having spent a sizeable portion of his twenties in Moscow as an English language teacher, Ally meandered his way back to the UK via Malta, and now works in marketing for Oxford University Press, because he also really likes books.
