We are on to the Sweet 16 of our “Greatest Team of All-Time” bracket and the matchups are juicy. But first, Doyle gives his view of how American and Canadian players performed in their first week back in the Bundesliga. Then Charlie takes the viewer into the experience of being an American playing overseas. And finally the guys get to the bracket and razor-thin matchups including great New York Red Bulls teams, epic CCL runs, and two of the best teams in regular season history. Don’t forget there are still more matchups to vote on! Follow @Extratime on twitter as the bracket continues. 11:57 - The Bundesliga is back! The guys discuss the latest news then chat with the youngest US player at the 1990 World Cup, long-time MLS star and Sounders executive Chris Henderson. Andrew and David ask about the early days of the USMNT and Major League Soccer, the best teams Hendo ever played for and the current state of scouting and the transfer window. Then it’s time for the other side of the Extratime Greatest Team of All-Time bracket and plenty of banter.   3:34 – The latest on MLS’s potential return to play   10:36 – MLSer and 1990 USMNT’s youngest player Chris Henderson on his career, comparing eras   42:14 – First round GTOAT matchups in the Discovery Rights and CCL regions    1:13:09 – MLS Mount Olympus in the Mailbag
We start with an epic rant! Someone didn’t love Alphonso Davies’ inclusion on the MLS Mount Rushmore… Then it’s time to crown the Extratime Greatest MLS Team of All-Time, so Andrew, David, Charlie and Doyle comb through first-round voting and cast their own ballots. Goonies or prime Real Salt Lake? Shield-winning, record-setting 2018 New York Red Bulls or the 1998 Chicago Fire team that won the double? Tough decisions, but ones that much be made. Charlie finishes the show by explaining the ground rules of jersey swaps! 1:00 – Charlie's rant about the all-tine MLS Mount Rushmore 19:34 – NYCFC vs Miami bracket matchup 31:00 – 2016 FC Dallas vs 2007 Houston bracket Matchup  35:06 – 2018 Red Bulls vs 1998 Chicago bracket Matchup 57:40 – Charlie explains jersey trading etiquette
Andrew, David, Calen and Doyle finish off the Mount Rushmore series by carving a league-wide pantheon in stone with help from Fox Sports’ Alexi Lalas. Alexi goes All-American – you’ll have to listen for his four-man Rushmore and reasoning – and his logic helps the guys narrow down their own list. Landon Donovan is there. So is David Beckham. Who else makes the cut? Listen to find out! Plus, MLS players return to individual training, and Extratime’s Greatest Team of All-Time bracket takes shape. 3:53 – Limited training begins for select MLS teams and players ….
