Cynthia Kracauer is an architect. Currently, she is Executive Director of the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation.
Previously, Kracauer was the Managing Director of the American Institute of Architects New York Chapter. She was responsible for the creation of Archtober, the New York City month-long festival of architecture and design.
Kracauer graduated from Princeton University with both a magna cum laude, and Masters of Architecture. She worked for Philip Johnson in the 1980’s and taught at the University of Virginia, New Jersey Institute of Technology and her alma mater.
