Ben is back with us to talk about how insulin resistance is making us sick.
He explains how a wide range of diseases are in some ways connected to insulin resistance and how lifestyle interventions in terms of diet can stop progression.
We then find out about different types of fat and combining fat with carbohydrates. We also go into discussing listener questions about protein, low ketones, the carnivore diet, OMAD, high fat meal replacement shakes, as well as tips on mitigating the insulin response.
