Monica is a postdoctoral researcher in the NIHR policy insitute in health and social care workforce at King's College London.
Her areas of interest include care for people living with dementia and the social care workforce who support them. She currently leads a project developing the role of dementia champions in homecare and chairs the Home Care Research Forum.
Monica's background is in psychology, and so prior to this, she has 10 years research experience working across large randomised controlled trials and qualitative projects in mental health, social care and policy. She specialises in the use of creative and visual methods to collect and communicate research to varied audiences, both nationally and internationally.
