Ella is a professional speaker and host of the On Air with Ella podcast. She is also the managing partner of a strategic consulting firm that she co-founded in 2003, an entrepreneur, part-time triathlete, and caffeine addict, um.. enthusiast.​Her true passion, though, lies in helping people build their best lives as they define it.
