Evan Kleiman is a chef, author, radio host and restaurant owner. She has been the radio host of the KCRW show "Good Food" since 1997.Kleiman opened the Italian cuisine restaurant Angeli Caffe in 1984.Kleiman has published eight books on Italian food. She has taught college classes on food sustainability, and gives culinary tours in Italy.Kleiman received her B.A. and M.A. from the University of California Los Angeles.
