Gessie Belizaire has had for a long time a passion for social justice and a deep commitment to improving the human condition of all people. The Haitian native burst into the academic writing scene in 2018 with her debut book titled, UnMet Potential, a comparative analysis between Haiti and Guinea where crucial questions about history, the black narrative and self identification are broken down culturally. Motivated to further her reach, Belizaire relaunched her podcast in September of 2019 to provide a platform for people who desire to or are already walking in their truth.
