Hala is a highly qualified and experienced consultant and professional trainer, with specialist skills in family violence, intersectionality, and diversity and inclusion. She has training in Psychology and Social Work, and also holds an Advanced Diploma in Group Facilitation; Certificate IV in Dual Diagnosis; and Certificate IV in Training, Assessment and Education. She is a Vincent Fairfax Fellow, has completed the Company Director’s Course and is the current Chair of Diaspora Action Australia. Hala has lived, worked and/or travelled in approximately fifty countries and speaks six languages.
