Hilary J. Allen is a legal scholar whose work focuses on financial stability regulation and new financial technologies. Currently, she is Professor of Law and the Associate Dean for Scholarship at the American University Washington College of Law. Her first book, "Driverless Finance: Fintech’s Impact on Financial Stability," was published in 2022.
