Jake is a Catholic therapist with over 15 years experience in clinical psychology. After experiencing a powerful journey of healing and freedom, Jake and his wife Heather founded Life Restoration Ministries and began offering retreats and workshops to help other people become fully alive. Jake hosts two podcasts, teaches human and pastoral formation to seminarians in his local archdiocese, and travels throughout North America to speak and lead retreats.
