James M. H. Lovegrove is an author, primarily of speculative fiction. He also reviews fiction for The Financial Times. Lovegrove's first book, "The Hope," was published in 1990. He has published over 50 books. His series are the Pantheon series and the Dev Harmer series, and he has also written several Sherlock Holmes, Firefly, and Cthulu books. He also wrote the Clouded World young adult series under the name James Amory. Lovegrove received a B.A. in English Literature from Oxford University.
