Jue Liang is a scholar of Tibetan Buddhism and Assistant Professor of Religious Studies at Case Western Reserve University, where she also holds the title of Severance Professor in the History of Religion. Her research focuses on Tibetan Buddhist traditions, textual interpretation, and the intersections of religion, culture, and history in the Himalayan region. Liang’s academic work engages with both historical and contemporary dimensions of Tibetan Buddhism, contributing to broader conversations in religious studies and Asian studies.
