Kelly Tshibaka earned a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in 1999 and a law degree from Harvard University in 2002. Tshibaka's career experience includes working as a commissioner of the Department of Administration of the State of Alaska, as special assistant to the Department of Justice's Inspector General, with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, as acting inspector general at the Federal Trade Commission, and as assistant inspector general and chief data officer at the United States Postal Service.
