Laurel has been writing for as long as she can remember. She's also always been drawn to cemeteries (a passion known as taphophilia). It was only natural that she combine the two. When not working on The Restorer, she spends time with her 3 kids and however many animals live in her house on a given day. Currently living in northeast Pennsylvania, her goal is to move back to California someday and spend her time daydreaming about the beach from a writer's room. The teleplay for The Restorer has earned a Consider from the Austin Film Festival coverage program, and Laurel has earned a Recommend from the same.
