Lina is an advocate, strategist, writer, speaker, producer, and storyteller. Her work elevates communities to highlight models of change through their stories. She is the founder of the Center for Transformational Change, a global impact platform to cultivate community power to build just futures. She previously founded CIEL | Creative Impact and Experience Lab, an innovation studio working at the intersection of human rights, international development, and narrative strategies. A former attorney and former non-profit executive director, Lina has worked with organizations such as the ICRC, UNICEF, and UNESCO.
