Lucia is known across the EU for her passion for 'technology of transformation' of the EU via feminine leadership and purpose-driven talent management. She works at the European Commission on industrial policy and Brexit. After running in 2019 European Parliament elections, she set up the Lights on Europe podcast. Her mission is to humanise the communication about the EU by bridging general public to the inspiring leaders in the Brussels bubble.
