I have a bone to pick with coaches. I've had it for years and always will. It's the same bone I have written about and talked about for years. That bone is, do we need a coach? I'm sorry to all the coaches out there who make a living from coaching; I believe in people. I believe everyone has the ability to coach themselves. They need to be taught how. Let us know your thinking on coaches.
Every once in a while, the old ways of doing business or speaking with someone you care about work better than the Zooms, Skypes, Texts, and email. It never hurts to pick up a phone and make a call. Or maybe it's a trip to the coffee shop for a quick chat (when the pandemic is over). Whichever you choose, don't look past the old ways.
Great days happen, but not nearly enough. Sometimes a great day starts off in a negative way, but something happens that spins it around like today for me. Today it was simply spilling water on the desk that got me going. It helped to turn a somewhat gloomy day into a great day. So I'm taking advantage of it. How about you?
