Oboe and English Horn player. A native of Los Angeles, Phil has been active as a double reed soloist in Hollywood for four decades and can be heard on thousands of film and television soundtracks playing all the instruments of the oboe family (including English Horn, oboe d'Amore, baritone oboe, musette), but also a variety of period and ethnic woodwinds.
