Dr. Raywat Deonandan is a global health epidemiologist and author. Currently, he is an Associate Professor with the Interdisciplinary School of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa.Previosly, Deonandan was a Chief Scientist with the Canadian federal government.Deonandan has written seven books, including one novel and one short story collection.Deonandan is the founder and Executive Editor of the Interdisciplinary Journal of Health Sciences.
