Sara McArdle started down the path of podcasting as a child in the 80s, while growing up in rural Montana. She, her older sister, and friends would interview one another on a tape recorder for pretend "radio shows." Into her 30s in Seattle, Sara's fascination with the world of radio continued, and led her to befriending local DJs and volunteering for listener-supported radio station pledge drives so she could be close to the action. After pursuing a Whole Person Coaching Certification at the age of 39, Sara's outlet for audio production became clear; it was only a matter of time before she launched her very own podcast—as both a means of creative expression, and to support her clients. One podcast-listening obsession, one career coaching certification, and one online podcasting course later, Sara launched her show, Women Who Went for It!, in January of 2018.Part practical, tactical tips for career change, part anecdotes of facing inner demons and outer naysayers, Sara's bi-weekly podcast features inspiring chats with everyday industry changers who found the clarity, courage, and momentum they needed to step into a deeper vocation and a life of meaning and fulfillment.
