Valerie has been in the Real Estate Industry for 5+ years. Her main role has always been Operations. Valerie is currently growing one of the most successful teams within Keller Williams alongside her teammates. When she is not pushing her team forward she can be found Coaching, training, and mentoring other Admins all across Canada and the US. Moving into a coaching role was a natural transition for Valerie. "There is nothing I love more than seeing success in others". Valerie has recently added a published Author to her resume and will be releasing a book designed to Empower Administrators to build a business within the industry and also to help agents build the basic foundation in their real estate journey. Val and her husband Jay, have a mission for their little men, and that is to lead by example every day, be the best version of themselves, and spread kindness to others - except when the Leafs play the Habs, then it's any man for themselves.
