Yael Schonbrun, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist, an assistant professor at Brown University, and co-hosts Psychologists Off the Clock. She is also mother to three little comedians. She has authored chapters in several books on mental health conditions and treatment, and has written over thirty scientific articles, and her writing on the science and art of working parenthood has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Greater Good Science Center, Kveller, elephant journal, Psychology Today, and Motherly.
