Barkha Ram brings her background as a certified life coach as well as her years of study and practice of the yoga sutras to guide the participants in the practice of (the Dhyana Sutra) meditation. Barkha has dedicated herself to her coaching practice which focuses on helping people create an extraordinary life for themselves by helping them discover who they are and what is truly meaningful for them and giving them guidance, tools and techniques to get there.
