Sometimes you just gotta have the voice of strangers in your ears to fall asleep. Sometimes your favorite podcasts are too exciting in their tone or you want to pay attention so much that you don't start to drift off. These podcasts have hosts with generally soothing voices and I find them easy to relax to. This is not to call them *boring* by any means. Rather, they allow me to slip into a calmer state of mind, which helps me get to sleep.
