Today we are joined by Kurt Nelson, PhD., who is a behavioral scientist. In 1997, he founded The Lantern Group a behavioral design and communication agency that works with companies from around the world.  He is the co-host of Behavioral Grooves (@behavioralgrooves), a global top 20 social science podcast that explores, why we do what we do.

For today's episode, we are taking a look at our emotional vs. rational mindset. As humans, often we think of ourselves as rational beings, but we make most of our decisions based on emotions. In this episode, we'll dive into that more and talk about how we can be more rational with our decision-making process.
