It’s true crime time once again on 13 O’Clock, as Tom and Jenny break down the infamous case of the Boston Strangler, who killed as many as 13 women in Massachusetts in the early 1960s. Though Albert DeSalvo is generally credited with all the crimes because of his detailed confession, there are some who believe that someone else was responsible for the murders, or that there was more than one killer.
