I'm a big fan of this one.I like how the panel puts each SCOTUS ruling into a larger context, both in the careers of the individual Justices and in the overall trend of the Court. The hosts contrast the stated ideology of the Court with the actual motivations of the actors in the case and with the effects the Court's rulings have on the country, highlighting contradictions and hypocrisies.Each episode is clearly planned, with each of the hosts researching one aspect of the case, but the discussion is freewheeling enough to feel like spontaneous conversation most of the time. The hosts have a great camaraderie and seem to have a fun time despite the topics.
