When it comes to personalizing your experience with cannabis, it’s important to remember that there is a full spectrum of compounds that play a role when it comes to whole-plant medicine. This episode speaks about intentional cannabis consumption. Consuming cannabis for things like sleep, anxiety, and pain, might mean that you need to combine different methods of consumption. For example, apply a cannabis-infused lotion to your aching joints in the morning or place a few drops of cannabis oil under your tongue with dinner. We speak about breakthrough pain in this episode. Sometimes you need a quick onset of effect with your medicine - you don’t have time to wait for it to start working.

That’s where a cannabis vaporizer comes in. Steph and I like Davinci Vaporizers for times like these. Davinci offers an exceptional experience with advanced technologies that medical patients appreciate. We are excited to join the Davinci team and offer our listeners and clients a great device at an exceptional value.  You can check out Davinci through the link in the show notes, this podcast appreciates your support. Thank you so much for listening.

*Disclaimer: Steph and Stacy are not healthcare professionals or neuroscientists. As we start talking about cannabis in the body and its relation to our pain, symptoms, and conditions, we want to remind you that we're not necessarily giving this as health advice directly to our listeners. We recommend that you speak directly to someone like us, a cannabis educator or a cannabis patient care coach, or even a cannabis-trained doctor or pharmacist if you are considering medical cannabis to help treat the symptoms you are experiencing.  Steph and Stacy are both cannabis patient care coaches, and they work closely with patients for several months, helping them succeed with this medicine. Pain, sleep, stress, and anxiety are some of the top things to help clients find relief.

Listen in as we share our personal experiences with pain, stress, and anxiety, and how we've learned to treat our symptoms with cannabis.
