Roger Montgomery has spent nearly 20 years as a sports agent. One story encapsulates his approach to life and his business. Among many others, Montgomery represented NBA All-Star, Jeremy Lin.
He tells the story of Lin expressing his fear of the unknown. Facing a crucial game in which he needed to prove himself in order to stay on with the Knicks, Lin confided in Roger, "I'm scared."
