Three-time Paralympian Sherif Osman takes time out from his training to discuss a career in sport and how incredible willpower has turned him into a sporting great.

Osman speaks in depth about how trusting and believing in himself is at the root of his incredible drive. "It's difficult, but not impossible" is his mantra.
