We connect with Mike, Dusty and Dillon Napoleon in this ABCA Father-Son Podcast Miniseries episode. The Napoleon family has been a coaching staple in the Chicagoland-area since Mike was the head coach at Niles Notre Dame and Providence Catholic High Schools before moving on to New Trier High School, where he led the program to Illinois State titles in 2000 and 2009. Dusty and Dillon both played for and coached with Mike. Dusty went on to play at the University of Iowa and coached with podcast host Ryan Brownlee at Iowa and Western Illinois. He currently works at Northwestern. Dillon played at Heartland Community College and UAB and has coached at Berry College, Concordia-Chicago and Northwestern. He is currently an assistant under Marc Rardin at Iowa Western Community College.
