Hey Podulters, I hope you're well. In this weeks episode I speak to the vivacious, hilarious and ridiculously intelligent Shona Vertue. She is quite frankly, one of my favourite people to speak to. In this episode we discuss the three things Shona wishes she was taught in school, namely; the how and why of meditation, how to survive under capitalism and what it means to be human. I love this episode and I hope you do too! As always please do rate, review and subscribe!

Listening to this whilst painting my rented flat, which was daunting because I've been doing it for almost two months due to the pandemic. This podcast in particular has been uplifting and their friendship makes it an easy listen Listen to Onene everyweek and I share the same mindset of needing to ask questions to understand the world more. But have anxiety about this incase it's offensive. Love this podcast!
