On February 9, 2004, Maura Murray left her college campus at University of Massachusetts, Amherst after giving her professors and work supervisors a strange excuse of a death in the family. No family member has ever come forward claiming this to be accurate. Her destination was unknown and the only real things known are that she was at least travelling THROUGH New Hampshire and during her travels, she stopped at a liquor store. At 7:27PM, a woman in Haverhill NH reported a car had crashed on a sharp corner on Route 112 and that car was later identified as belonging to Maura Murray. A few minutes after the crash, a passing car offered assistance to Maura, but she declined. Haverhill NH police arrived on scene at 7:46pm and Maura was no longer with the car. She has not been seen or heard from since and there have been no clues as to what happened to her.
