Portia Alves was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio where she currently resides. Having lost, found, and lost weight again, she takes great joy in helping people through personal training to help them make fitness a lifestyle. Aside from personal training, she also works as a fitness counselor and a group fitness instructor.
