Having lived both sides of the coin as a varsity athlete as well as a performance coach, Jaime has a unique insight into what it takes to get people to perform at their best. With 20+ years of experience merging her skills as an Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning coach, Jaime now endeavours to share her knowledge and experience with others.

She divides her professional time between teaching at courses and conferences, working with Olympic hopefuls, seeing private clients, and mentoring other professionals.

She is Vice-President of High Performance and a partner in Premiere Performance, which is a successful multi-disciplinary performance centre based out of Montreal, QC, Canada

She's also a wife and mum :)
