Liliana Ashton is a change and transformation management consultant and the founder of BreatheNow Hub, whose mission is to help companies boost employee wellbeing through breathwork.

Having run highly successful digital transformation projects for well-known brands such as Shell and Michelin, Liliana has extensive expertise from a whole range of industries and is now applying the key lessons learned throughout her career to focus on the employee and workplace wellbeing.  She has also just started the Wow @ Work podcast which deals with the recent transformations to the nature of work.

In this episode, we talk about the main digital transformation challenges of large companies and how to tackle them, as well as what led Liliana to focus more on the people aspect of digital transformation by founding BreatheNow Hub.
