Agile Uprising’s own James Gifford was lucky enough to attend the #WomenInAgile event prior to #Agile2017, with This year's theme being Empowering the Changing Face of Agile: Women in Agile ; James had nothing but great things to say and we want to share the lighting talk portion of the event. The Organizer took an interesting approach to selecting speakers by utilizing only women speakers that had never before been compensated for a talk; Each person selected was provided a mentor to prep for their talks.
