Say what you will about labor and delivery, but it’s a universally feared yet revered experience. Everyone’s story with birth is different.  In this episode of Aligned & Ambitious Radio, I want to talk to you about mine. I’m giving you the raw and real version of events, while talking about:

• How to anticipate things but also accept what’s happening
• The beauty and liberation of surrendering to the process

Everyone’s birth story is different. Because of movies or tv or your mom or whatever, I think a lot of us carry expectations into the experience. And these preconceived notions are not guarantees; they aren’t necessarily how things are going to go. Probably the best thing you can do, really with anything, is have a general idea of how you want it to go, but accept that to an extent what will be will be.
