Sean Herrero's mantra is "I wonder..." He feels very comfortable trying new things to see what works, and letting go of what doesn't. He operates his business as a digital nomad, and loves the van life movement, and the outdoors, especially spear fishing, which offers the ultimate in "being present".
Sean came into mortgage origination to achieve self-determination, after a career in marketing departments which tended to derail projects and disrupt his life.
His approach to business is one of complete authenticity and building relationships. He would rather problem solve and provide value than sell. Calling on 30 prospects every Monday morning is not an option. Running a YouTube channel offering solutions to first-time home buyers is much more his style.
As Coach Bill observed: "Stimulate activity by opening up conversations about people's options."
