A few years ago, actor Greg Marks hit the pause button on his acting, writing, and directing career to work as a superintendent in the construction industry. 

Say what? 

But the irrepressible Greg had a well-constructed plan and so far it's working. And, now he is ready to return to the film world with a few new projects that he's very zealous about.  Greg chatted about the acting profession, the biz, and how it affects People of Color. In addition,  he served up advice on how to be successful both as an actor and writer, and, of course,  find lucrative work in the construction industry.
