And we're your hosts for Anything But Idle. This is Episode 54 how stress affects your personal productivity. And we're recording this on April 19 2021. Each week we review and discuss the productivity and technology news headlines of the week. And this week, our theme is how stress affects your personal productivity. And so what I wanted to do was for us to start off the conversation with just a little bit of discussion on how stress works. And so so I think I'm hearing a little bit of feedback if you want to just turn. And so I wanted to just kind of talk a little bit about the way in which stress affects personal productivity. And so that we have kind of an idea or an understanding as we go forward in the way in which we have the discussion. So first, stress is both a category of thing right which we have stressors in the world. And so we can have things that are stressors that are positive and negative stressors, we call those us stressors being positive stress, and distress or negative stressors. And then we of course,
