Colleges are spending millions of dollars and countless hours to try to protect their athletes from being infected by COVID-19. And still there might not be a fall football season because the pandemic is raging on across the country. Lucia Mullen, a epidemiologist and analyst with the Johns Hopkins University Center for Health Security, joins AP’s Ralph Russo to explain why _ without a bubble _ the athletic departments can only do so much to determine whether they will be able to play this season.
