It's hard to believe this written in the past few years, since it sounds so much like a plot of a 1990s tech sci fi movie. On the other hand, it's basically the plot of the tv show "Better Than Us," so I guess it's not played out yet.Normally I like Grauer's narration, but for this episode she sounded almost indistinguishable from an artificial voice, like Siri. Maybe that was deliberate, given that the story is told from the point of view of a sexbot?Anyway, this one was not for me, as it is more of an action story than a meditation on sentience. But it's nice and short.
