Angela Beloian is an artist and educator living near Boulder, Colorado. Her work reflects a strong connection to her garden where she spends hours observing plants, insects and animals. She is fascinated by what makes life unique, how it evolves, and most importantly, what ties us together. Beloian has exhibited at the Fort Collins Museum of Art, Riverside Art Museum, Longmont Art Museum, Denver International Airport, Lawndale Art Center, the Houston Art League and other institutions. She has completed over 20 solo exhibitions and was honored as a Colorado Creative by Westword magazine. 

Her work was featured on the cover of Studio Visit Magazine and has been reviewed in publications including Art Ltd and Westword where she received a Best of Denver Award. She has received grants from the Longmont Council for the Arts, the Scientific Cultural Facilities District and Art in Public Places in both Longmont and Boulder, CO. She was invited to attend the Painting’s Edge Artist Residency in Idyllwild, CA and the Creative Capital Artist Retreat in Houston, TX. From 2007-2020, she headed the art program at September School in Boulder, CO where she created and facilitated the Visiting Artist Program as well as led school-wide art-focused trips to Denver, Chicago, Santa Fe and Patzcuaro, Mexico. 

She has served on the Teacher Advisory Committee for the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Visual Arts Committee for the Dairy Center for the Arts in Boulder. In 2012 she co-created and facilitated the Boulder County Arts Leadership Forum (BCALF.) Collections include the City of Longmont, St Anthony Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of Denver. Beloian lives in Longmont, Colorado and is represented by Walker Fine Art in Denver.
