Next Wednesday, the San Diego County Board of Supervisors will decide whether or not marijuana should be manufactured, cultivated, and distributed within the unincorporated County. Today, we sat down with Dr. Karen Randall an ER nurse who lives in Pueblo, Colorado. A few years ago, Pueblo decided to embrace marijuana in their community. Dr. Randall shared her thoughts on what it has done to their city and what it's like being an ER nurse.
