New tools, new games, new partners. Last year Nikkie brought a popular Fighting Monkey-inspired movement workshop that was fun and exciting. She's back again to move participants through partner drills and group games that’ll put them outside their comfort zone and help them discover imbalances they can work on to enhance their training. Her session aims to take away concepts and mobility exercises you can use when coaching parkour.
Nikkie Zanevsky runs Wildly Fit – a movement coaching company in Jersey City and NYC. Her practice is a mix of parkour, natural movement (MovNat), Stick Mobility and Fighting Monkey-inspired games. Her goal is to help adults who sit 8+ hours a day RE-learn how to move better so they can have a better quality of life... and have fun doing it! Before starting Wildly Fit, Nikkie was a co-founder of The Movement Creative (NYC's top parkour-coaching organization), and a desk worker for 10+ years. She has taught parkour to people aged 3 to 60+ and is endlessly looking for ways to make movement more accessible to all populations.
